Job Description

Drs Direct are working on behalf our client to find a Senior OHA to help work together with the OH Team but also support junior staff members as well.
 
Ideally the client is looking for a full time OHA however part time candidates will be considered as well.

Description 

Provide pro-active health and wellbeing services.

As our Senior Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor you’ll be providing advice and guidance to all staff , providing proactive measures to support health and wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing:

This role offers a lot of variety. You will be doing things such as:

  • Managing a clinical multidisciplinary team
  • Developing and delivering health and wellbeing campaigns
  • Supporting staff to monitor and manage the provision of medical and occupational health interventions

What you’ll need:

To be a registered nurse and hold a relevant Occupational Health qualification

  • Have experience of working as a Senior Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor
  • Experienced in delivering health promotion campaigns, clinical supervision and governance
