Drs Direct are working with a client as they are recruiting due to investment into the team.
Our client have a need for two full time vacancies for OHA’s however this can be split between part time staff. The roles they are looking to fill are hybrid roles with approximately 2 days on site to do health surveillance and one day to do new starter medicals.
The remaining 3 days would be completing management referrals and could be completed from home or on site if you want to work at the office. There would be ad hoc support with the odd vaccination clinics to support existing staff or cover for them during periods of absence / leave.
Ideally candidates would already hold an OH qualification they do not need to be on part 3 of the NMC.
For those already qualified the role is band 7, but our client can also also consider a developmental post, so supporting someone wanting to transition into OH. For the post that will transition into OH which would need to be a permanent member of staff, we would look at supporting them through the Robert Gordon BSc in Occupational Health.
