Drs Direct are recruiting For an Occupational Health Technician Role in Peterborough.
Your working hours will be Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Start and finish times are dependent on our client needs.
We welcome applications from candidates with degrees in Sports Science or a related field. Full training is provided. We will also look at training candidates with transferable skills such as experienced EMT’s or those with a nursing background. General nursing qualifications or evidence of OH technician training/experience is desirable. Flexibility to travel all over the UK including overnight stays when necessary. You must have a full clean driving license, able to drive and park a mobile unit at home.
Your main responsibilities are, To undertake health surveillance/health promotion activities as required, Preparation of mobile vehicle including vehicle, equipment, stocks and supplies. You must complete all required forms, databases, Logs as directed. Checking of all equipment including ensuring calibration checks, PAT Testing as well as location and logistics logs are maintained.
