Shift and schedule- part time, full time


Role summary

You will be supporting clients to create a healthier and safer working environment. The role is also varied and will involve undertaking health surveillances, fitness for work assessments, vaccinations and phlebotomy. Furthermore, you will work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Main objectives of the job include undertaking clinical supervision in relation to case management and to act as an ambassador and promote the occupational health services that are available. Additionally, the delivery of occupational health services must be of the highest standard for the company’s clients.

Specific responsibilities include providing and maintaining appropriate advice on health issues, health promotion and health education to the employer and employees. As well as that, you will provide professional advice on occupational health case management for employees expediting an early return to work for absent employees. The employee will also maintain, store and handle medical records in accordance with the company’s data protection services.

Who are we looking for?

  • Nursing Qualification
  • Occupational Health degree/diploma
  • NMC registration.
  • Demonstrable equivalent experience within Occupational Health departments.
  • Experience of attending, presenting, and hosting client Wellness and health promotion days.
  • Trained to undertake all clinical services including health surveillance, fitness to work medicals, vaccinations and phlebotomy.
  • Experience with case management activities undertaking complex referrals.
