About the role
This role will be pre-dominantly to case management and health surveillance and also health promotion. The role is currently paper based but they are in moving to a database as we speak.
You will have:
- A strong foundation in Occupational Health, being both practical and people-focused;
- A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health (NMC registered);
- Broad experience across OH services, including case management, health surveillance and screening, across audiology, respiratory health and HAVS assessments;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- The ability to work independently while being an active part of the team with a genuine passion for employee health and wellbeing.
- You will need to do 5 cases a day and it will involve 10% of health surveillance which is normally done by the OH Tech but the OHA will help out with this from time to time.

The role is based near Bootle and is on site but with a day from home. The OHA is part of the team and will work under a Head of OH.
