Drs Direct are actively attempting to employ a permanent Lead Occupational Health Nurse to lead a team which consists of 3 OHNs, 3 admin roles, and liaise with our contracted Occupational Health Physicians.
The Lead OHA will be required to work on 6 to 9 month contract basis as an interim solution.
Drs Direct are looking for a experienced or Lead OHN to be on site in Derbyshire 2 days per week to cover the following duties: clinical supervision and supervision of staff; overseeing Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) tier 3 assessments; Triaging clinical work of OHNs; provision of advice to managers and HR; and case management (including Local Government Pension Scheme Ill Health Retirement).
